Taking the assessment
You can complete the assessment without creating an account. Answers and progress are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can return on the same device. They are not sent to Thinkerland unless you choose to save a completed assessment to your account. Starting a new assessment clears the previous local draft. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes it.
Saving your results
If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication records through Supabase. When you choose to save, we store your assessment answers, assessment version, and creation date linked to your account. Other visitors cannot access your saved results. Authorized service administrators may access records as needed to operate and support the service.
You can view and delete saved assessments from My Thinkerland. To request deletion of your account, contact us from the email address associated with it. Residual copies may remain in provider backups until those backups expire.
Contacting us
The interest form collects your name, email, optional organization, interest, optional message, consent, and submission date. We use this information to respond and organize program interest. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a program or a marketing mailing list. Please do not include sensitive personal or confidential business information.
To limit automated abuse, the service temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from the submitting network address. The form does not store the raw address in its inquiry record. Hosting and authentication providers may separately maintain operational and security logs.
Service providers and storage
Netlify hosts the website. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. These providers process information to operate the service. We do not sell assessment or inquiry data. This version of the website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Essential browser storage is used for assessment drafts and signed-in sessions.
Retention and your choices
Saved assessments remain until you delete them or request account deletion. Inquiry information is kept while responding to your request and managing the related program relationship; you can ask us to remove it. We may retain information needed to meet applicable obligations or protect the service.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person whose information it concerns. Avoid using a shared device for private results, or sign out and clear your local draft when finished.
How results are used
The assessment is an educational reflection tool. It does not measure an individual employee’s performance, predict job loss, certify organizational readiness, or automatically determine admission to a program. You choose whether to discuss your results with Thinkerland.
